The interior pairs warm natural light with designer furnishings and elevated finishes, so it feels like a boutique hotel that still wants you to kick your shoes off.
Mornings are easy here. Brew a cup from the filter coffee maker, take it out to one of the backyard lounge areas, and plan your day while the neighborhood wakes up. Downtown Napa, with its restaurants, tasting rooms, and riverfront, is a flat 10 minute stroll away, so you can leave the car parked.
Evenings are the reward. The backyard was designed as a place to gather, with multiple seating areas, string lights overhead, and a private hot tub to sink into after a day of tasting. Pour a glass of something local and let Wine Country do its thing.
Inside, two comfortable queen bedrooms and a light-filled living room give couples, families, or a small group room to spread out, with smart TVs and fast WiFi throughout.
Room by room:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed, soft linens, calm styling, plenty of natural light.
- Bedroom 2: Second queen bed, restful and quiet, ideal for a second couple or the kids.
- Living room: Bright lounge with comfortable sofa seating and a smart TV for slower nights in.
- Bathroom: One full bathroom serving the home.
- Kitchen: Equipped for cooking and morning coffee, with a filter coffee maker provided.
- Backyard: Private hot tub, multiple lounge and dining areas, and evening string lighting.
- Fitness: Private on-site workout studio for guests of the main house.
- Parking: Driveway parking plus available street parking nearby. The garage is not accessible (owner storage).
- Entry: Self check-in with a smart lock.
While the house is fully private it is important to note the hot tub and workout studio are shared with the guest studio.
